In accordance with Executive Orders issued by Governor Kemp, certain businesses in Georgia may resume limited operations subject to specific, mandatory criteria. Bars, night clubs, amusement parks, live performances venues, and public pools remain closed at this time. Attached is a document provided by the Governor’s office titled “Basic Rules for Business”. This outlines basic rules for businesses which were previously closed or that remain closed.
Other documents that provide detailed minimum criteria for specific businesses to meet in order to open, as well as current shelter in place and large gatherings information, are posted in WebEOC in the incident Special Event - 2020 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) - January 31.
